3D Gece Maçı uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Uygulama size satılmaz; kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için lisanslanır. Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.

Ücretli özellikler ve abonelikler uygulama mağazası hesabınız üzerinden faturalandırılır. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir; mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler mağazanın politikalarına göre yapılır.

Uygulama hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Ali YAZICI, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

Uygulamayı veya bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Bu koşullar, ülkenizdeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla geliştiricinin bulunduğu ülkenin yasalarına tabidir.

By downloading or using 3D Gece Maçı you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except as permitted by law.

Paid features and subscriptions are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali YAZICI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
