Bu politika, Ali YAZICI tarafından sunulan 3D Gece Maçı uygulamasının ("uygulama") bilgilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Metin; 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), GDPR ve CCPA/CPRA gerekliliklerini karşılayacak şekilde hazırlanmıştır.

Uygulama kişisel veri toplamaz.

Uygulama sizi başka şirketlere ait uygulama veya web siteleri arasında izlemez.

Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma veya silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ya da kısıtlama ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Türkiye'de yaşayanlar KVKK'nın 11. maddesindeki haklarını kullanabilir. Kişisel verileri satmıyoruz.

Saklama ve güvenlik

Veriler yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlar için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır, şifreli (TLS) olarak iletilir ve sektör standardı önlemlerle korunur.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verilerini toplamaz.

This policy explains how 3D Gece Maçı ("the app"), provided by Ali YAZICI, handles your information. It is written to meet the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698).

Data we collect

The app does not collect personal data.

Advertising and tracking

The app does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Residents of Türkiye may exercise the rights in Article 11 of KVKK. California residents have the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, transmitted with encryption (TLS) and protected with industry-standard safeguards.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect their data.
